These terms of sale (the "Terms") govern any order placed on the website (the "Site") published by the company identified in the legal notice (the "Publisher"). Any order implies unreserved acceptance of the Terms in force on the date of the order, evidenced by the box ticked before payment.
The Site is intended for any adult individual or legal entity (the "Customer"). The Terms can be consulted at any time on the Site; the Publisher may amend them, the applicable version being the one accepted when the order was placed.
The Site is an online services portal for motorists: VIN decoding, vehicle valuation, sales assistant, requests for a certificate of administrative status (non-gage certificate), Crit'Air sticker orders, directories of garages and driving schools, and a speed camera map.

Unused quotas do not carry over from one month to the next. The Publisher is an independent provider with no connection to the government; certain documents (non-gage certificate, Crit'Air) are issued free of charge or at their official cost on public websites, and the Site charges for an assistance service.
Prices are shown in euros, including all taxes. The Publisher may change them at any time; the applicable price is the one displayed when the order is placed, and any increase in the subscription price is notified to the Customer at least 30 days before it takes effect.
Payment is made by bank card through a secure payment provider. The Publisher does not store any card data. Subscription fees are charged in advance, on each monthly due date, to the registered payment method. If a charge fails, access to paid services is suspended until the payment is settled.
An invoice is available in the customer area after each payment.
The Trial offer gives access to all services for 48 hours for €0.99. At the end of the 48 hours, unless cancelled before then, the Trial automatically converts into a Monthly Subscription at €39.90 including tax per month, charged to the payment method used for the Trial. This information is restated on the order page before the payment is confirmed.
The Subscription is entered into for a period of one month, automatically renewable for further one-month periods. It has no minimum commitment and can be cancelled at any time under the conditions of Article 5.
Access is personal. The Customer shall not share their login details or resell the services.
The Customer may cancel their Trial or Subscription at any time, free of charge and without giving a reason:
Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current period; no further charge is made afterwards. Amounts already paid remain with the Publisher, and the Customer keeps access until the end of the paid period. A cancellation confirmation is sent to the Customer by email.
The Publisher may suspend or terminate a Customer's account in the event of fraud, non-payment or breach of these Terms, after notification.
For any order and pursuant to Article L221-28 of the French Consumer Code, the Customer expressly waives their right of withdrawal upon delivery of the order.
Reports, valuations and decodings are generated immediately after the order is confirmed and can be downloaded from the customer area. Non-gage certificates are obtained from the official services and generally sent to the Customer within 24 working hours. Crit'Air stickers are ordered from the official body and sent by post to the address given by the Customer, within that body's own timeframes.
The Customer is responsible for the accuracy of the information provided (registration number, VIN, identity, address). Any request rejected or incorrect document resulting from inaccurate information does not give rise to a refund.
Support can be reached through the Site's contact form, Monday to Friday from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m., for subscribers.
Valuations, decodings and directory content are provided for information only, based on third-party databases. They are neither an expert assessment nor a commitment as to the value or condition of a vehicle. The Customer remains solely responsible for decisions made on the basis of them.
The Publisher is bound by an obligation of means. It cannot be held liable in the event of unavailability of third-party official services, force majeure, temporary interruption for maintenance, or inaccurate information provided by the Customer. In any event, the Publisher's liability is limited to the amount paid by the Customer during the last three months.
The legal guarantees of conformity (Articles L224-25-12 et seq. of the French Consumer Code) apply to digital services provided to a Customer who is a consumer.
The data collected when ordering are necessary for performing the services, invoicing and support. They are processed in accordance with the GDPR and the Site's privacy policy, which sets out the purposes, retention periods and recipients. The Customer has the right of access, rectification, erasure, objection and portability, which can be exercised from their customer area or through the contact form.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Ireland. In the event of a complaint, the Customer first contacts the Site's support team, which responds within 10 working days.
